Fix boot and BIOS errors
Watch startup, read errors, change BIOS or UEFI settings, and mount a recovery image as virtual media.

For manufacturing plants and equipment manufacturers
Reach BIOS, boot screens, recovery tools, and serial consoles from a web browser.
TinyPilot Voyager 3 connects to the machine's video output and USB port, so it works regardless of operating system or software image. No remote-access software is installed on the machine.
Remote-access software needs a running operating system and permission to install an agent. Many industrial PCs have neither: a vendor-controlled image, an older operating system, or a PC halted at a boot error. TinyPilot connects through the machine's video output and USB port, so it works regardless of what the machine runs.

Vendors can reach a machine they support at a customer plant from their own office.
Resolve software faults without traveling to the site
Connect to industrial switches and other serial devices through a supported USB-to-serial adapter.
Read console output and change settings from a browser
Install TinyPilot on the machines where a software fault would interrupt production. It remains connected, so an engineer can reach the screen when a fault occurs.
One TinyPilot per industrial PC, connected by video and USB.
Connect the PC's video output and a USB port to TinyPilot. Add a USB-to-serial adapter for serial devices.
Use it on your LAN, through your VPN, or through an overlay network such as Tailscale, with no open inbound ports. Keep TinyPilot private and turn on role-based access control with 2FA.
Confirm BIOS access, keyboard input, virtual media, and serial connections before relying on TinyPilot for remote support.
Also Included: LAN Monitor
Discover devices on TinyPilot's local network and track reachability for up to 25 selected devices.

The Business Impact
When a machine stops, production time is lost until someone can diagnose the fault. If the cause is a PC that will not boot and the right engineer is at another site, that wait can be long. With TinyPilot already connected, the engineer can see the screen and begin recovery remotely.
Questions about your equipment?
Discuss your plant setupNo. TinyPilot captures the computer's video output and provides keyboard and mouse input over USB. There is no agent or driver to install. When you mount virtual media, it appears to the computer as a USB drive.
Yes. TinyPilot works with any computer that has a video output and a USB port, regardless of operating system, age, or software image. Machines with DVI or VGA video connect through the appropriate HDMI adapter. HMIs work the same way when they provide an external video output and USB input.
No cloud account is needed. TinyPilot runs on your plant network, and offsite access goes through your approved VPN. It supports HTTPS, role-based access, and two-factor authentication. TinyPilot needs power and a network connection; the industrial PC does not need its own network connection for KVM access.
Yes. Plant IT can give a vendor's support engineer a TinyPilot user account and approved network access, such as the plant VPN. The engineer can then see the screen and work through recovery without traveling to the site. Access can be removed when the support session ends.
